There are endless creators out there. Yes, there are Scammers and you’ve probably been burned by some of them before. Others are true professionals just like us. We Deliver Fast, on Budget, and Provide True Value!
As I said, there are a lot of cute girls out there in the industry. We are friends with quite a few of them ourselves and have mad respect for them. When we check out their business model though, we see them charging $20, $30, $40 a minute, with $300 minimums and a month for delivery. Often, everything is an upcharge. It seems that if you want them to actually breathe in oxygen while filming that’s extra…LOL. We’re just not like that. Upcharges make us crazy, and we really, really try to avoid them any time that we can. 90% of our customs are done at the standard $12-15/min rate, always filmed in HD, and delivered in 24-48 hours. We think that makes us pretty special, and if you’re not sold on using us, we’d love to know why you’d settle for less and pay more.
What Are Our Limits?
That’s a common question, and there’s really no easy answer to that. There isn’t a “list of limits.” Why is that, you might ask? Because it’s impossible to make such an inclusive list. I mean if something isn’t on the list, that means it’s ok right? Well what if we forgot to add, hitting ourselves on the head with a hammer to our list? That doesn’t mean we want to do it. You get the idea, right? There are definitely things we won’t do. Some are really simple, such as no body writing, nothing illegal, nothing involving pooping, etc. Best thing you can do though is to just ask us.
How Do I Make Myself a Great Client?
Now there is a question we don’t get too often, and I honestly wish we got it more. Here’s the simple answer. First and foremost, be nice! Treat us with Respect. We don’t tolerate being disrespected and just block people.
Reach out to us when you’re ready to go, and realize that we’re running a business. We make 10-20 customs a day, so we try and be really efficient. We understand that in order to do a great job on your video, we need to talk about what you want. That’s a given.
At the same time, we have no desire to “talk” for an hour about your 10 minute video, because at that point the numbers don’t make sense for us. We reply really quickly, so reach out when you have time to talk it through, finalize the order, and make payment, and we’ll adore you!
If you message us between 8AM and 10PM PST Time Zone we will probably reply within 2 minutes, so just hold your phone for a couple minutes, and we’ll talk about your project and make it happen.
